Role Description The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead PaidSync.ai’s global marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation efforts across all relevant channels. This full-time remote role involves setting the marketing vision, building and managing a high-performing marketing team, and driving growth through data-informed campaigns and initiatives. The CMO will oversee market planning, segmentation, and go-to-market strategies, collaborating closely with product, sales, and customer success to align messaging, positioning, and revenue goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding integrated marketing programs, managing the marketing budget, optimizing the marketing funnel, and fostering partnerships and thought leadership in the AI and ad-tech ecosystem. The CMO will also be accountable for measuring performance, reporting on key marketing metrics, and continuously refining strategies based on insights and market trends.
Qualifications
Market Planning and Marketing Management skills to design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, manage budgets, and oversee integrated campaigns.
Market Research skills to analyze customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to inform positioning, product messaging, and go-to-market decisions.
Public Relations skills to build brand awareness, manage media relations, and lead communications that strengthen PaidSync.ai’s reputation in the AI and ad-tech space.
Sales and revenue enablement skills to collaborate with sales teams, develop effective messaging and content, and drive pipeline growth and conversion.
Proven leadership experience in senior marketing roles, ideally in SaaS, AI, ad-tech, or digital marketing platforms.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities, with experience using marketing and analytics tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives
