Role Description The Full-stack Developer role at EFX Connect is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The person in this role will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. Daily responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring code quality through reviews and best practices. The Full-stack Developer will collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve existing features and infrastructure.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills.
Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including building and integrating APIs.
Candidates should possess proficient Front-End Development skills, including experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Candidates should possess abilities in debugging, performance optimization, and writing clean, maintainable code.
Candidates should possess experience working with modern web frameworks, version control systems (e.g., Git), and relational or NoSQL databases.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Experience in agile development environments and familiarity with cloud platforms or DevOps practices will be beneficial.
