Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description:
The position involves manufacturing, operations, and product development. This is a great opportunity for recent engineering graduates, early-career engineers, individuals with internship/co-op experience, or manufacturing professionals looking to grow their engineering career.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead projects focused on improving production efficiency, quality, and manufacturing performance.
Support advanced manufacturing processes, including 3D printing and assembly operations.
Work with Operations, R&D, Quality, and other teams to launch new products.
Conduct time studies and improve manufacturing capacity planning.
Create work instructions, standard work, and quality standards.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
Internship, co-op, project, or manufacturing experience is welcomed.
Interest in manufacturing, process improvement, automation, or additive manufacturing.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work onsite in Littlestown, PA.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Compensation:
The compensation for this role is $61,060–$81,410 per year.
