Job Description:
The position involves manufacturing, operations, and product development. This is a great
opportunity for recent engineering graduates, early-career engineers, individuals with
internship/co-op experience, or manufacturing professionals looking to grow their engineering
career.
Position Responsibilities:
●
Lead projects focused on improving production efficiency, quality, and manufacturing
performance.
●
Support advanced manufacturing processes, including 3D printing and assembly
operations.
●
Work with Operations, R&D, Quality, and other teams to launch new products.
●
Conduct time studies and improve manufacturing capacity planning.
●
Create work instructions, standard work, and quality standards.
●
Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
●
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial
Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
●
Internship, co-op, project, or manufacturing experience is welcomed.
●
Interest in manufacturing, process improvement, automation, or additive manufacturing.
●
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
●
Ability to work onsite in Littlestown, PA.
●
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Compensation:
The compensation for this role is $61,060–$81,410 per year.
