Role Description
As a Personal Branding Strategist at Be Rolling Media, you will develop and shape personal brands for founders, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders. You will work closely with clients to understand their expertise, personality, positioning, and goals, and translate these into compelling content and communication strategies. The role involves conducting audience and market research, identifying content opportunities, developing personal brand narratives, creating content pillars and strategic briefs, and shaping platform-specific strategies. You will work closely with founders, creative, content, design, and production teams to turn strategic ideas into high-quality content across social platforms. You will also track content performance, identify what resonates with the audience, and continuously refine the strategy. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi
Qualifications
Develop end-to-end personal branding strategies aligned with the founder’s expertise, personality, goals, and target audience.
Build clear personal brand positioning, messaging frameworks, content pillars, and storytelling directions.
Research industry trends, competitors, audiences, and cultural conversations to identify relevant content opportunities.
Develop social media and content strategies across short-form video, long-form content, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Translate complex ideas, expertise, and founder perspectives into simple, engaging, and relatable content narratives.
Create strategic content briefs, campaign ideas, hooks, formats, and creative directions for the content team.
Collaborate closely with founders, writers, designers, video producers, and social media teams to take ideas from strategy to execution.
Guide the strategic direction of founder-led content, ensuring consistency in tone, narrative, positioning, and visual identity.
Analyse content performance, audience behaviour, and platform trends to continuously optimise personal branding strategies.
Stay updated with emerging content formats, social media trends, platform algorithms, creator culture, and evolving audience behaviour.
