Vice President of Global Business Architecture

Role Description The Vice President of Global Business Architecture is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and overseeing the company’s global business architecture strategy. This role leads the design of business models, processes, and structures that support scalable growth across markets, aligning technology capabilities with business objectives. The VP partners with executive leadership to evaluate new opportunities, optimize revenue streams, and ensure effective integration between product, sales, finance, and operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding business analysis initiatives, overseeing complex cross-functional projects, setting priorities for global programs, and monitoring performance against strategic goals. The role also includes mentoring teams, improving business processes, and ensuring that data-driven decisions support sustainable growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and drive strategic decision-making.
Experience in finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and assessing financial impact of business initiatives.
Proven background in business analysis, process optimization, and designing scalable business frameworks.
Advanced project management skills to lead global, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
Demonstrated success in sales or commercial leadership, with the ability to align business architecture to revenue growth.
Experience in technology-driven or digital businesses, preferably in web or software development environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams.
Leadership experience at a senior level, including mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
