Vice President of Global Business Architecture

Role Description The Vice President of Global Business Architecture is a full-time remote leadership role responsible for defining and overseeing the company’s global business architecture and operational frameworks. This position leads the design of end-to-end business processes, ensures alignment between business strategy and technology solutions, and drives scalable, efficient structures that support growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business performance, collaborating with product, technology, finance, and sales teams, and guiding major transformation initiatives and strategic projects. The role also involves establishing governance standards, managing cross-functional programs, mentoring team members, and representing business architecture principles in executive-level discussions.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to assess performance, model processes, and support data-driven decisions.
Solid Finance knowledge to interpret financial reports, evaluate investments, and connect business architecture with financial outcomes.
Proven Project Management experience to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver results on time and within scope.
Background in Sales or commercial operations to align business architecture with go-to-market strategies and customer experience goals.
Extensive experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in technology, digital services, or consulting environments.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams and across cultures and time zones.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at executive levels.
Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
