Qualifications & Skills
Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in TX (or willingness to obtain)
1+ year of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
Ability to work weekends and nights
Reliable internet with Ethernet connection and dedicated home workspace; equipment provided
Strong soft skills including high stress tolerance, critical thinking, openness to coaching, excellent communication, and accountability
