Design Vibration & Anti vibration system

Senior Vibration & Anti-Vibration Engineer / Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Vibration & Anti-Vibration Engineer / Specialist to work on the design and development of a high-dynamic industrial machine.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who has already designed, developed, tested or commissioned real vibration systems.
The work involves the complete dynamic system: excitation, force generation, amplitude, frequency, acceleration, displacement, velocity, direction/vector control, phase and synchronization, dynamic balancing, natural frequency, resonance, stiffness, damping, dynamic loads and structural response.
Experience with different excitation technologies such as eccentric/rotating mass, counter-rotating systems, electromagnetic, hydraulic, pneumatic and actuator-based vibration systems is highly relevant.
The anti-vibration side is equally important, including vibration isolation, transmissibility, elastomer/rubber isolators, springs, dampers, air springs/buffers, hydraulic/pneumatic isolation or damping systems, mount configuration, static/dynamic deflection and multi-axis behaviour.
The role covers concept selection, engineering calculations, dynamic analysis, system design, development, prototype testing, instrumentation and measurement, FFT/frequency analysis, troubleshooting, optimization and final validation.
We need someone who understands the complete force path. where vibration is generated, how it behaves and is controlled, how it travels through the machine, and how unwanted vibration is isolated from the structure and surrounding assemblies.
Essential: Proven practical experience with real industrial vibration and anti-vibration systems. Please share relevant projects you have personally worked on, your specific technical responsibility, the vibration/isolation technology used, and your involvement in design, calculations, testing and commissioning.
