Field Manager

We are looking for an ambitious, result-oriented Field Sales Manager to spearhead our offline retail expansion and institutional sales across India. In this role, you will be the driving force behind establishing our presence across modern trade, general trade, supplement store networks, gyms, fitness centres, and specialized retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities
1. PAN-India Distribution & Channel Expansion
• Network Building: Map, appoint, and manage distributors, super stockists, direct dealers, and modern trade accounts across primary target regions (North, West, South, East).
• Retail Footprint: Expand retail presence in GT (General Trade), specialized fitness/supplement stores, pharmacy chains, sports academies, and premium gym chains.
• Account Management: Build and maintain high-value relationships with key accounts, regional retail chains, and institutional buyers.
2. Primary & Secondary Sales Execution
• Sales Targets: Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales revenue targets across allocated territories.
• Stock & Inventory Planning: Work closely with distributors to maintain healthy stock depth, monitor sell-out rates, and minimize inventory aging/stock-outs.
• On-Ground Field Trips: Spend significant time on the field conducting joint market visits with distributor sales reps (DSRs) to audit shelf presence and close high-value deals.
3. Market Intelligence & Scheme Management
• Trade Schemes & Promos: Design and execute trade promotions, retailer loyalty schemes, and seasonal push offers to maximize sell-through.
• Competitor Tracking: Continuously analyse market trends, competitor pricing strategies, new product launches, and shelf space share to identify white spaces for growth.
• Compliance & Collection: Ensure timely payment collections, credit line management, and claim settlement with channel partners.
4. Team Leadership & Travel
• Travel Operations: Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50–60% of the month) across tier-1 and tier-2 markets nationwide.
• Field Execution: Train, motivate, and guide distributor sales teams on product USP highlights, brand positioning, and objection handling.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 15 + years of hands-on experience in FMCG, Nutraceuticals, Sports Nutrition, or Wellness field sales.
• Territory Coverage: Demonstrated experience in building distributor networks and retail channels across multiple Indian regions (PAN India experience is highly preferred).
• Location: Based in Jaipur, with complete flexibility and willingness to travel frequently within Rajasthan and key regional markets.
• Relationship Network: Existing network of distributors, retailers, gym chains, and supplement stockists is a major advantage.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, channel conflict management, communication, and numeric/data-driven sales tracking skills (Excel/Sheets/CRM apps).
