Position Overview
Norix Finance is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Operations Director to oversee daily business operations, improve organizational efficiency, and support the company's strategic growth initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in developing operational frameworks, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring effective coordination across departments.
Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and senior management team, the Operations Director will be responsible for translating corporate objectives into actionable operational plans while maintaining high standards of performance, accountability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and management systems.
Lead cross-functional coordination among investment research, finance, technology, compliance, and administrative teams.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate productivity, operational efficiency, and service quality.
Identify opportunities for process automation
