Director of Corporate Development
Job Summary
The Director of Corporate Development is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, identifying investment opportunities, and managing mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships to support the company's long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute corporate development strategies.
Identify and evaluate mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities.
Conduct financial analysis, business valuation, and due diligence.
Lead strategic partnerships and business expansion initiatives.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and executive leadership.
Manage transaction negotiations and integration planning.
Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related fields.
Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and M&A transactions.
Proven leadership and strategic planning experience.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
Experience in financial services, FinTech, or investment management preferred.
