Director of Product Management
Job Summary
The Director of Product Management is responsible for leading product strategy, overseeing product development, and driving innovation to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
Oversee product development, launches, and lifecycle management.
Lead and mentor product management teams.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
Monitor product performance, KPIs, and revenue growth.
Ensure product initiatives align with company objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong knowledge of product strategy, development, and market analysis.
Excellent strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in FinTech, financial services, or SaaS preferred.
