Role Description The Retention Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, responsible for strengthening long-term relationships with users and improving overall retention metrics. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with users through calls, messages, and in-app communication, understanding their needs and challenges, and proactively addressing issues to enhance satisfaction. The role involves monitoring user behavior and engagement patterns, identifying at-risk users, and implementing targeted retention strategies in collaboration with coaching, medical, and support teams. The Retention Specialist will analyze feedback and data to refine outreach, optimize renewal and reactivation campaigns, and ensure that users experience consistent value from Hobfit’s services. This role requires close coordination with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver empathetic, timely, and solution-oriented support.
Qualifications
Strong customer retention and customer satisfaction skills, with experience in building long-term user relationships.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities to engage diverse users with empathy and clarity.
Analytical skills to interpret user data, identify patterns, and support data-driven retention strategies.
Prior experience in customer success, sales support, or retention roles in health, wellness, or tech-enabled services is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, handle high-volume user interactions, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Comfort with using CRM tools, dashboards, and basic spreadsheets to track performance and user journeys.
Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Fluency in English and Hindi, with strong listening skills and a solution-focused mindset.
