Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager located in Karnataka, India. The key responsibilities include managing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing customer service, and implementing strategies for retail loss prevention. The role also involves coordinating staff activities, maintaining store quality standards, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication skills
Experience in Store Management
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Excellent problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred
