1. Talent Acquisition Manager / Senior Recruiter
Experience: 5+ Years
Industry Exposure: IT / Non-IT / Retail
Strong experience in Bulk Hiring / Mass Recruitment
Retail hiring experience will be preferred
Strong stakeholder management and sourcing skills
2. Corporate HR / HR Positions
Experience in HR operations, employee coordination and recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Assistant Manager – Bulk Hiring
Experience in handling bulk/mass recruitment
Ability to manage high-volume hiring within timelines
Strong candidate sourcing and follow-up skills
4. Recruitment Manager / Recruitment Head
Experience in managing recruitment teams and end-to-end hiring
Strong exposure to bulk, mass and retail hiring
Excellent stakeholder and team management skills
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
Handle bulk and mass hiring requirements
Drive retail hiring across multiple locations and roles
Source candidates through job portals, references, social media and other channels
Coordinate with hiring managers and business teams
Conduct initial HR screening and candidate shortlisting
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations and joining follow-ups
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
