Location: Gurugram

What We’re Looking For
• Python 3.x | FastAPI / Django / Flask
• REST / GraphQL APIs
• PostgreSQL / MySQL & SQL Optimization
• SQLAlchemy / Django ORM
• Redis | Kafka / RabbitMQ | Celery
• Docker | Kubernetes | AWS / GCP / Azure
• CI/CD | GitHub Actions / GitLab CI
• Pytest | Type Hints | Code Quality
• Monitoring & Observability – Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry
• System Design, Scalability & Performance Optimization
The Role
We’re looking for a strong backend engineer who can:
Own critical backend systems end-to-end
Design scalable and reliable production systems
Drive technical discussions and architectural decisions
Improve system performance, reliability & scalability
Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
