About Role
We are hiring an experienced Web Developer with strong expertise in Webflow and WordPress (Elementor and other page builders). You will build, migrate, optimize, secure, and maintain websites end to end, covering everything from clean code and SEO implementation to server management, Cloudflare configuration, and reliable backup systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain websites using WordPress/Elementor & Webflow.
Convert Figma/design files into responsive, pixel-perfect websites.
Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and Elementor layouts.
Build and manage Webflow CMS and components.
Fix website bugs, layout issues, and technical problems.
Improve website speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance.
Implement SEO requirements including schema, redirects, canonical tags, sitemap, robots.txt, etc.
Manage website migrations, staging, domains, and basic hosting tasks.
Integrate forms, tracking codes, APIs, and third-party tools.
Required Skills
Expert-level proficiency in Webflow and WordPress with Elementor.
Experience with other page builders (Divi, WPBakery, Bricks, Oxygen, Gutenberg).
Strong command of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL.
Proven experience with website migration and code cleanup.
Solid understanding of technical SEO and Core Web Vitals.
Hands-on experience with Cloudflare, DNS management, and hosting control panels.
Experience in server maintenance, backup scheduling, and backup restoration.
Knowledge of website security and malware removal.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
