Working Days: Monday to Friday (1st & 3 Saturdays fix off)
Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our SEO Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and an understanding of how visual content can support digital marketing, SEO, and content initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging graphics and visual assets for websites, blogs, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns.
Design blog visuals, infographics, banners, thumbnails, social media creatives, and other content assets.
Collaborate with the SEO and Content teams to understand content requirements and convert ideas into effective visual communication.
Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines, visual identity, and digital platform requirements.
Optimize graphics for web use, including appropriate dimensions, file formats, and file sizes.
Make revisions and updates based on feedback while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Support the SEO team with creative requirements for content marketing and organic growth initiatives.
Stay updated with current design trends and digital content formats.
Qualifications & Skills
1–3 years of experience in graphic design; freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalent design tools.
Basic understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Good understanding of digital design and web-based visual content.
Ability to create clean, engaging, and visually consistent designs.
Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing will be an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
A creative mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment with new design styles.
