Product Manager

Role Description As a Product Manager at SpaceBasic, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of campus automation products, from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration. This full-time, on-site role in India involves gathering and prioritizing requirements from university stakeholders, students, and internal teams, and translating them into clear product roadmaps and specifications. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to ship impactful features, monitor performance, and refine products based on feedback and analytics. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and user research, defining success metrics, overseeing product launches, and ensuring alignment with SpaceBasic’s mission to build smarter, more efficient campuses.
Qualifications
Product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and operations to deliver technology products.
Ability to perform market and user research, analyze data, and use insights to drive product decisions and improvements.
Strong communication and documentation skills to clearly articulate product vision, specifications, and outcomes.
Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or platforms serving education, campus operations, or automation is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated experience managing products from concept to launch, including defining KPIs and tracking performance.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, computer science, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, and an interest in AI-driven solutions and digital transformation.
