What we're looking for:
We’re growing fast and looking for a senior leader to run People and Administration. You’ll work directly with the founders and own the day-to-day running of the company’s internal functions.
What you’ll do:
Lead HR: hiring support, onboarding, payroll and employee records
Work with our accounts team on bookkeeping, payroll and compliance
Manage office operations, vendors and administrative processes
Coordinate across teams and with external partners
Support the founders on scheduling and priorities
You have:
5+ years in administration, HR, finance or operations
An accounting background
Experience leading people, with sound judgement and discretion
Clear communication
Comfort running a company on software: accounting, HR and payroll systems, spreadsheets, and team tools
Curiosity about AI tools, and a habit of replacing manual work with software
Experience in an educational institution, startup or SaaS company
