Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands-on experience in implementation, support, and solution design. You’ll play a key role in client engagements, leading workshops, delivering configurations, and mentoring junior consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementations for SuccessFactors modules (EC, ONB 2.0, RCM, RMK, ECP, IAS/IPS etc)
Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and design scalable solutions
Configure, test, and deploy SF modules aligned to best practices
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements
Mentor and guide junior consultants in project delivery
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience
Expertise in at least two core modules (EC, ONB 2.0, RCM, RMK, ECP, IAS/IPS etc)
Strong understanding of HR processes and global HR compliance
Hands-on experience with CPI / Integration setups
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
SAP Certified in at least one SuccessFactors module (preferred)
