Create clear prioritization and assignment rules. Coordinate competing demands across sales, projects, and service operations.
Maintain queue visibility and accountability. Track ownership, status, aging, blocked requests, and assignment delays.
4. Productized Services & Offering Development
Own the offering roadmap. Identify and prioritize opportunities for assessments, maintenance packages, advisory services, modernization engagements, and other repeatable offerings.
Define complete service packages. Ensure each offering has a clear target customer, intended outcome, scope, deliverables, exclusions, delivery approach, required skills, effort model, and pricing inputs.
Coordinate development and improvement. Assign subject matter experts to develop technical methods, templates, and delivery assets.
5. Consistent Team Output & Technical Standards
