Job Description
Law and motion
Respond to & propound discovery
Take & defend depositions
Make court appearances, argue motions
Any trial or large arbitration experience a plus (not req’d)
Requirements
WA licensure
Construction defect experience
Articulate and well-written
1800 billables
Compensation
$130k - $190k base salary DOE
Mid-year performance reviews for potential salary increase
Year-end performance-based bonus potential
Bonuses available for exceeding billables
