SAP Concur Implementation Consultant

Open to candidates based in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Philippines only.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Consultant to implement and support SAP Concur modules, including Expense, Travel, and Invoice, for global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements for Travel, Expense, and Invoice processes.
Configure SAP Concur modules, workflows, approval processes, audit rules, and reporting.
Support and implement integrations between SAP Concur and ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Workday, and Oracle.
Work with integration technologies such as SAP CPI, Boomi, and APIs.
Handle complex integration scenarios between SAP Concur and external/ERP systems.
Conduct unit testing, system/integration testing, regression testing, and support UAT.
Provide end-user and administrator training.
Provide post-go-live production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP Concur experience, covering Expense, Travel, and/or Invoice.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP Concur configuration and administration.
Experience with SAP CPI, Boomi, APIs, or other integration technologies.
Experience handling complex integrations between SAP Concur and ERP/external systems.
Good understanding of Travel & Expense policies, finance operations, AP/AR processes, and compliance requirements such as VAT/GST reclaim.
Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote/global environment.
SAP Concur certification or relevant Concur training is preferred.
SAP FI/CO, procurement, and Agile/Scrum experience would be an advantage.
Experience working with multinational/global teams.
Proactive in identifying issues, recommending solutions, and driving continuous improvement.
