Content Manager / Lead

What You Will Do-
* Own the Content Strategy: Build and execute a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with corporate growth, product launches, and brand awareness.
* Drive Social Media: Plan, script, and oversee high-impact visual content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube (material walkthroughs, project site videos, and luxury interior reels).
* Lead a Creative Team: Manage and mentor an in-house team of content writers, video editors, and graphic designers to ensure top-tier quality and consistent brand aesthetics.
* Write Compelling Copy: Craft engaging B2B and B2C copy across websites, blogs, product catalogues, landing pages, and digital ad campaigns.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with the Digital Marketing and Sales teams to convert technical product specifications into easy-to-understand, engaging stories.
* SEO Optimisation: Implement SEO best practices across web copy and articles to drive organic traffic from industry professionals.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or brand social media management.
* Industry Background: Prior experience in real estate, interior design, architecture, luxury D2C, or premium building materials is highly preferred.
* Skills: Exceptional English copywriting, verbal storytelling, and scriptwriting skills.
* Visual Eye: Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, video workflows, and storyboarding to effectively direct design and video teams.
* Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing a creative team or coordinating with external agency partners.
