About Havora
Havora is an early-stage relationship platform that helps people build intentional connections through shared values and compatibility. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to turn our vision into a trusted, engaging product.
This role is ideal for someone who has launched and improved digital products, understands early-stage startup environments and can take ownership from discovery through delivery.
Responsibilities
* Translate Havora’s vision into a clear product strategy, roadmap and milestones.
* Collaborate with the product team to take the product from concept to launch, including discovery, MVP development, testing, iteration and release.
* Partner with the founder, product team, designers and engineers to deliver a useful, reliable product.
* Write clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Evaluate technical feasibility, dependencies, architecture and trade-offs with engineers.
* Validate assumptions through user research, experiments and product data.
* Prioritise features, manage scope and remove blockers while maintaining quality.
* Define success metrics and use feedback to improve onboarding, matching, engagement and retention.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, ideally 6+ years, with evidence of launching and improving digital products.
* Experience taking a product from concept to launch in a startup environment.
* A background in software engineering, computer science or equivalent practical experience.
* Working knowledge of APIs, databases, integrations, analytics and the software development lifecycle.
* Strong product discovery, prioritisation and delivery skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
* Resourcefulness, independent judgment and confidence challenging assumptions constructively.
* Strong ownership and accountability, with the ability to work effectively on a remote team.
* Experience with consumer platforms, matching systems or community products is an advantage.

Compensation and Future Opportunities
This is currently a volunteer position with no salary or stipend. If Havora gains traction and generates significant, sustainable revenue, volunteers will receive priority consideration for paid permanent roles, leadership opportunities and potential long-term incentives. Consideration will be based on commitment, contribution, performance and business needs.
