Role Description The Management Trainee (Fresher) role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Pune City, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The trainee will support various departments by assisting in financial analysis, basic data entry, documentation, and coordination of client service activities. Day-to-day responsibilities may include preparing reports, updating records, supporting legal and compliance processes, and helping with software-related documentation or user support under guidance. The role includes structured learning, rotation across key functional areas, and close mentoring from senior team members to build foundational knowledge in financial services, legal compliance, and technology solutions. The trainee is expected to follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a collaborative and client-focused work environment.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and numerical aptitude, with basic understanding of finance, accounting, or business concepts.
Good communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
Comfort with computers, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and readiness to learn new software tools.
Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to follow structured processes and compliance guidelines.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Pune City, manage time effectively, and adapt to rotating responsibilities and training modules.
Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Commerce, Management, Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field preferred.
