Role Description The Analyst (Fresher) role is a full-time position based in Pune City with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of office work and work from home. The analyst will assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to financial services, legal compliance, and software solutions to support business decisions and client projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing reports and dashboards, documenting processes, performing basic research on market trends and regulations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely information. The role also involves supporting client-facing teams with data-driven insights, maintaining records and documentation, and learning internal tools, software, and workflows. The analyst is expected to develop a solid understanding of the company’s services and contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with data, identify patterns, and draw logical conclusions.
Candidates should possess basic knowledge of financial concepts, business operations, and an interest in legal and compliance domains.
Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create structured reports and presentations.
Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and prepare client-ready documentation.
Candidates should possess attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Relevant academic background such as a degree in Commerce, Business, Economics, Finance, Law, Computer Science, or related fields is beneficial.
Willingness to learn, adapt to hybrid work settings, and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment is expected.
Familiarity with basic data analysis tools or financial software will be an added advantage.
