About the Opportunity:
The PAYMENTS ANALYST role is central to overseeing and improving payment transactions within the company. This position contributes by identifying and resolving suspicious activities, supporting real-time payment operations, and enhancing customer payment experiences. The analyst’s work supports the broader organizational effort to maintain operational integrity and customer protection.
Responsibilities:
Monitor transactions to detect suspicious or unusual activity.
Collaborate with payment providers to resolve operational issues and customer inquiries.
Test and implement new payment solutions to improve deposit and withdrawal processes.
Investigate and resolve player payment inquiries with care and accuracy.
Analyze chargebacks and disputes to extract actionable insights.
Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience and reduce risk.
Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Fraud, AML, and Customer Support teams.
Requirements:
Ability to obtain and maintain licensing in all jurisdictions where the organization operates.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary range: $54,000 - $60,000 USD.
