Senior Engineer – Execution Manager - Interior Fit-Out

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Engineer – Execution Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project execution experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to lead teams and stakeholders effectively. A hands-on Civil Engineering professional with 8–10 years of experience in project execution, preferably with significant exposure to interior fit-out projects, who can take ownership and deliver projects successfully from planning through handover.
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Engagement: Service Contract until further notice
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
Experience: minimum 8 years – maximum 10 Years
Remuneration: At par with industry standards
Key Responsibilities
Take overall charge of planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, commissioning, and handover of interior fit-out projects.
Drive project delivery and ensure successful completion within the approved budget, project schedule, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, vendors, building management, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take timely corrective actions to ensure smooth execution.
Lead project teams and ensure effective coordination across all project activities.
Ensure adherence to applicable safety, quality, and statutory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
