We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Associate Interior Engineer to support the execution and delivery of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have practical site execution experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple project stakeholders. A Diploma Civil Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in interior fit-out/site execution, who is comfortable working on-site and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to the required quality standards.
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Engagement: Service Contract till further notice
Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 3–4 Years
Remuneration: At par with industry standards
Key Responsibilities
Execute interior fit-out works in accordance with approved designs, drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Ensure execution is aligned with material delivery schedules and project requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and timelines.
Support timely resolution of site-level issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for corrective actions.
Assist in ensuring successful project completion, commissioning, and handover.
Maintain effective communication and coordination across project teams.
Key Skills
Strong people management and coordination capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on understanding of interior fit-out execution.
Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.
Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, materials, and site execution.
