Production Planning Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic Production Planning Engineer with experience in production planning, resource utilization, and coordination across departments.
Location: Bhat, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: minimum 3 years – maximum 7 Years
Remuneration: At par with industry standards
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, monitor, and update daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Coordinate with Production, Projects, Design, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
Plan mould utilization, manpower allocation, material requirements, and production sequences.
Monitor production targets, stock availability, and dispatch priorities.
Prepare production MIS reports and track planned versus actual output.
Identify planning gaps and support timely execution of production schedules.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
Understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Advanced MS Excel.
Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
Excellent coordination, analytical, communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in precast manufacturing will be an added advantage.
