Role Description The Vice President of Global Operations role is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance across all markets. This leader will design and implement operational strategies, manage global supply chain activities, and ensure standardization of processes to drive quality, efficiency, and scalability. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, optimizing resource allocation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting regional leaders in delivering projects on time and within budget. The role also involves leading continuous improvement initiatives, aligning operations with strategic goals, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Collaboration with executive leadership on long-term planning, global expansion, and risk management is a critical part of this role.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Operations Management and Operational Excellence, with a track record of leading multi-site or global operations.
Experience in Supply Chain Management, including vendor management, logistics, and inventory optimization.
Proficiency in Strategic Planning, with the ability to translate business objectives into executable operational roadmaps.
Demonstrated capability in Project Management, overseeing complex, cross-border projects from initiation to completion.
Proven leadership experience at the senior management level, ideally in construction, renovation, real estate, or related industries.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, supported by strong financial and commercial acumen.
Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across diverse teams and cultures.
Comfort working in a remote, digital-first environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and familiarity with ERP or operations management systems is a plus.
