Role Description The Vice President of Strategic Planning is a full-time, remote role responsible for shaping and driving the company’s long-term business strategy. This position oversees strategic initiatives across kitchen, bathroom, villa renovation, and fit-out services, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, evaluating competitive positioning, and developing business plans to support sustainable growth. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership to prioritize investments, optimize resource allocation, and monitor performance against strategic objectives. The Vice President will provide guidance to cross-functional teams, prepare executive-level reports, and recommend adjustments to strategy based on financial and operational insights.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Strategic Planning and Business Planning skills to design and implement long-term growth initiatives.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Candidates should possess solid Finance skills to evaluate business cases, manage budgets, and assess ROI for strategic projects.
Proven experience in senior leadership or executive roles, ideally within construction, renovation, fit-out, or related industries.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope.
Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Experience working with international teams and familiarity with the UAE or GCC market dynamics is beneficial.
