Role Description The Team Lead role at LearningShala is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The individual in this role will oversee a team of counselors or mentors, manage daily operations, and ensure service quality and consistency in student guidance. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, coordinating schedules, providing coaching and feedback, and resolving escalated student queries or issues. The Team Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes, implement best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement in student support and program delivery. This role also involves reporting on team outcomes, maintaining documentation, and supporting the implementation of new initiatives aligned with LearningShala’s mission.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, coaching, and performance management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, mentors, and internal stakeholders.
Experience in operations or service delivery management, preferably in education, edtech, counseling, or related domains.
Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and use insights to improve processes and team effectiveness.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for virtual counseling, CRM management, and internal collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, psychology, management, or counseling is an advantage.
Prior experience in student counseling, academic advising, or customer-facing roles is highly beneficial.
