Role Description The Call Auditor (Edtech) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The Call Auditor will be responsible for listening to and evaluating recorded counseling and sales calls, assessing call quality, and ensuring adherence to company scripts, compliance guidelines, and service standards. Daily responsibilities include creating audit reports, scoring calls against predefined criteria, identifying gaps in communication or process, and sharing constructive feedback with team leaders and mentors. The role also involves collaborating with training teams to recommend improvements, tracking trends in student queries and concerns, and supporting continuous enhancements in customer experience. The Call Auditor will work closely with operations and counseling teams to maintain consistent, high-quality interactions with students.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong analytical and listening skills, with the ability to assess call quality and identify patterns and root causes in communication issues.
Candidates should possess clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to provide objective feedback and prepare concise audit reports.
Candidates should possess basic data handling and documentation skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets or call audit tools and maintaining organized audit records.
Candidates should possess collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with counseling, sales, and training teams to improve processes.
Candidates should possess time management and attention to detail skills to manage call volumes, meet audit targets, and maintain accuracy in scoring and reporting.
Prior experience in call quality auditing, customer support, telesales, or contact center operations is highly beneficial, especially within edtech or education services.
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, along with a strong interest in education, student counseling, and service quality.
Comfort with using CRM systems, call recording platforms, and basic productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) will be an advantage.
