Our product portfolio includes RF Components, Electro-Mechanical Components, Passive Components, Power Modules, Interconnect Components, Wireless Products, Clocking & Timing Solutions and Embedded Solutions.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive product promotion, business development, OEM relationships and revenue growth for Clocking & Timing Solutions / Embedded Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and key customers.
Drive product-line targets and GP$ achievement.
Work closely with FAE and Sales teams for product promotion and business development.
Act as an interface between OEMs, customers, Sales and Technical teams.
Mentor and support FAEs on Products and Market Promotion.
Generate new business opportunities across new products and market segments.
Drive major quotations, tenders and PO conversions.
Work with OEMs on pricing, margins, inventory, forecasts and commercial negotiations.
Identify transfer business opportunities from competitors and EMS/TAM-to-DTM conversions.
Develop opportunities for complementary and supplementary product lines.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Warehouse and Finance teams.
Support supplier forecasting and inventory planning.
Travel 40–60% as required.
Key Skills
5–10 years of experience in Product Marketing / Product Management / Business Development.
Proven experience handling large OEM accounts.
Strong understanding of Clocking & Timing / Embedded Solutions is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to independently manage customer/OEM relationships and b
usiness opportunities.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM/ERP tools.
