Job Overview :
NS3 Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic
finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring
compliance with statutory requirements, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing
essential reports.
The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including GST and TDS return filings, sales
and purchase invoicing, vendor and bank reconciliations, as well as the preparation of MIS reports.
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Prepare and file GST and TDS returns, ensuring timely payments and maintaining
compliance.
• Generate and manage sales invoices, purchase bills, and delivery challans in compliance
with GST regulations.
• Process and verify purchase orders and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Oversee the generation and management of e-way bills for goods in transit, ensuring
compliance with GST regulations.
• Perform vendor and bank reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and maintaining updated
records.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collection from clients and
payments to vendors.
• Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and provide financial
insights to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter or equivalent preferred).
• Proven experience (2+ years) as an Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting principles and
tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and e-way bill compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and solve problems proactively.
