Role Description The Food Counter Clerk role at Posspole is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Food Counter Clerk will greet customers, take orders, and provide prompt, courteous service at the food counter. Responsibilities include preparing and assembling food items according to company standards, maintaining a clean and organized counter and service area, and handling cash and digital payments accurately. The role also involves answering customer questions about menu items, managing queues efficiently, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills to assemble and serve menu items safely and consistently.
Candidates should possess Cash Handling and basic Communication skills to process transactions accurately and provide clear information to customers.
Basic numeracy, attention to detail, and the ability to follow hygiene and safety protocols are required.
Previous experience in a food service, café, or quick-service restaurant environment is an advantage.
Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts, and collaborate in a fast-paced setting is beneficial.
