We are looking for an experienced HR & Operations Manager to manage people, processes and day-to-day operational activities while ensuring a productive and well-structured work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
Handle recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement.
Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.
Handle performance management and employee concerns.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and requirements.
Improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
Monitor day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour and HR regulations.
Prepare HR reports and MIS for management.
Build a positive, accountable and performance-driven work culture.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in HR and/or Operations.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee management.
Experience in recruitment and team coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Experience in managing HR operations in a growing organisation is preferred.
