We are looking for an experienced Accounts Head to lead our finance and accounting function and ensure accurate, compliant and efficient financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Manage financial reporting, MIS and month-end/year-end closing.
Handle GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliances.
Monitor accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations and cash flow.
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and statutory authorities.
Establish and maintain strong financial controls and processes.
Manage and mentor the accounts team.
Support management with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
Ensure accuracy, timely reporting and compliance across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For
7–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation and statutory compliance.
Experience in financial reporting, MIS and reconciliations.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
Experience managing an accounts team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ownership.
Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
