🚨 We’re Hiring: BDM & Senior BDM
📍 Location: Tirupati
💼 Experience: 1–5 Years
🗣 Language: Telugu
💰 Salary: Best-in-market package
🎯 Incentives: 3X Incentive Structure
We are looking for Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Senior Business Development Managers (Sr. BDMs) who are target-oriented, confident and passionate about driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities from leads.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer meetings, follow-ups and negotiations.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
Maintain regular updates on leads, follow-ups and conversions.
What We’re Looking For
1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in Telugu (Odia will be advantage).
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of the Vizag market is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings when required.
