Marketing Project Manager
Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra
Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM IST | Monday - Friday
Employment: Full-Time | Onsite
Experience: 2-5 Years
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Marketing Project Manager to manage end-to-end digital marketing projects for global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project planning, timelines, priorities and deliverables
Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, Content, Design, Development and Analytics teams
Track tasks, deadlines, dependencies and project progress
Conduct meetings, follow-ups and status updates
Identify blockers, delays and risks proactively
Manage client communication and project documentation
Ensure quality, scope and deadlines are maintained
Manage multiple projects and improve workflows
Requirements:
2-5 years of Project Management experience, preferably in Digital Marketing
Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership
Good understanding of SEO, PPC, Content, Web and Analytics workflows
Experience with Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, ClickUp or similar tools preferred
