The Role
As a Graduate Property Valuer, you will learn how to advise homeowners, win new instructions, and provide expert guidance throughout the property selling journey.
You'll work closely with clients, delivering outstanding customer service while developing the market knowledge and commercial skills required to become a successful valuer.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analyse local property trends.
Attend and carry out valuation appointments.
Build strong relationships with homeowners and prospective sellers.
Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey.
Understand clients' needs and provide tailored advice on moving plans and pricing strategies.
Prepare valuation reports and marketing recommendations.
Generate and convert valuation opportunities.
Manage client communication with professionalism and attention to detail.
Support vendors throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Work towards agreed performance and instruction targets.
