We're seeking ambitious, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Trainee Valuer. If you have experience building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and working towards targets, we can provide the property training required to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
Meeting homeowners and discussing their moving plans
Providing advice on the local property market
Conducting property valuations
Winning instructions and bringing new properties to market
Building relationships with vendors and buyers
Working closely with branch teams to achieve targets
What We're Looking For
Experience in hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence meeting clients face-to-face
Commercial awareness and a positive attitude
Driven, resilient, and motivated to succeed
Full UK driving licence preferred
