We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven and experienced property professional to join our successful Auction team based in Stockport.
This isn't your typical estate agency role. It's faster, more varied and full of opportunities to develop your knowledge of the property industry.
No two days are the same – in fact, no two hours are the same!
One minute you're negotiating on a residential property, the next you're discussing a commercial investment, a development opportunity or a portfolio of properties with an experienced investor.
You'll deal with investors, developers, landlords and buyers every single day, gaining exposure to properties and situations you simply wouldn't encounter in a traditional estate agency role.
It's full-on, it's challenging, but it's also one of the most interesting and rewarding roles in property.
What will you be doing?
Managing and selling a portfolio of properties through our online auctions.
Speaking with buyers, investors and developers daily.
Negotiating offers and getting deals agreed.
Building relationships with vendors and keeping them updated on activity.
Proactively generating interest through calls, buyer matching and follow-ups.
Working closely with our Auction Valuers to maximise sales opportunities.
Managing multiple properties, buyers and negotiations at the same time.
Working towards individual and team sales targets.
Thinking on your feet, overcoming objections and finding ways to get deals over the line.
Who are we looking for? Property experience is essential.
Ideally, you're already working as an Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator and are looking to broaden your experience and take your career in a new direction.
You'll need to be:
Confident, outgoing and comfortable speaking to people all day.
A natural negotiator who loves closing deals.
Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Proactive – someone who picks up the phone rather than waiting for it to ring.
Resilient, motivated and target-driven.
Quick-thinking and able to adapt when things change.
A genuine team player who wants to succeed alongside others.
Passionate about property and keen to learn.
