Position Overview
Our client is seeking a UKG DataHub Consultant to provide technical consulting and advisory support for UKG DataHub throughout a six-month engagement. This is a part-time consulting opportunity, with a focus on supporting DataHub configuration, data integration, troubleshooting, and overall technical guidance.
Responsibilities
Provide technical consulting and advisory support for UKG DataHub.
Assist with DataHub configuration, data flows, integrations, and data management requirements.
Analyze and troubleshoot DataHub issues and integration-related challenges.
Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support data mapping, validation, and integration testing as needed.
Provide guidance on UKG DataHub best practices, architecture, and ongoing optimization.
Document technical solutions, configurations, and recommendations.
Participate in meetings and working sessions based on project needs.
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with UKG DataHub.
Experience with UKG Pro WFM and/or other UKG solutions.
Understanding of data integration, data mapping, interfaces, and data validation.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently in a part-time consulting/advisory capacity.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
