URGENT: Design Coordinator

Responsibilities
Create comprehensive residential outdoor-living designs (decks, patios, covered structures, pools, outdoor kitchens, and sunrooms) using site measurements, photos, and project briefs
Produce detailed 2D plan sets, high-quality 3D models, photo-realistic renderings, and accurate construction-ready drawing sets
Verify designs for aesthetic appeal, structural buildability, dimensional accuracy, and alignment with US residential construction standards
Execute rapid, accurate design revisions based on feedback from clients, sales teams, and construction managers
Maintain structured project archives, revision tracking logs, CAD asset libraries, and project documentation
Perform self-audits on all drawing sets to verify dimensions, constructability, component details, and overall presentation quality prior to submission
Support the development of agency-wide design standards, standard CAD templates, rendering presets, and drafting workflows
Assist with peer reviews of junior designer deliverables and help monitor team production schedules as the design team expands
Qualifications
Extensive professional background in residential architectural drafting, landscape architecture, or exterior design
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD alongside hands-on 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp, Chief Architect, Revit, Lumion, or Enscape)
Proven ability to translate site photos, hand sketches, field elevation measurements, and survey data into accurate architectural models
Deep structural understanding of residential framing, exterior hardscaping, material specifications, and general buildability
Exceptional visual judgment, strict attention to detail, and a self-driven ability to balance multiple project deadlines independently
