URGENT: Production Support Specialist

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative and operational workflows related to residential and commercial roofing production
Prepare, process, and verify material orders to ensure accuracy, proper specs, and timely site deliveries
Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate labor crews and daily trade activities across active job sites
Research, prepare, and file building permit applications according to specific municipal requirements
Collaborate with insurance supplementers by compiling and delivering necessary job documentation, scope details, and site photos
Gather and organize property measurements, damage reports, and site documentation using tools like CompanyCam and Roofr
Complete and update digital roof measurements within the CRM or DIY measurement systems
Manage production email communications, customer progress updates, and operational follow-ups
Maintain accurate job statuses, production metrics, and pipeline tracking notes in the CRM
Work closely with the Accounts Receivable team to support smooth job transitions from production completion to final invoicing
Execute post-completion customer follow-ups and send Google review requests to maintain brand reputation
Qualifications
Proven construction, roofing, or operations support experience in a corporate setting or as a Virtual Assistant
Required hands-on proficiency with job site and estimation platforms such as CompanyCam and Roofr (or equivalent tools)
Preferred experience with industry platforms including Roof Link, HailTrace, and Hail Recon
Strong background in roofing operations, municipal permitting, material logistics, crew scheduling, or insurance claims processing
